The Envoy is one of Portland’s most sophisticated historical gems. It stands elegantly positioned near the base of Washington Park, just a short walk from premier boutiques and restaurants in the NW 23rd area, and boasts grand city views that include Mt. St. Helens and the Fremont Bridge. In 2005, Reliance Development renovated the 1929 building. 40 condominium units were updated and modernized yet at the same time continue to uphold the classic beauty and architectural integrity of its time. Some features included new kitchens in the original style with tile counters and floor, efficient cabinetry and new appliances, restored hardwood floors, crown moldings, and new bathroom tiles and fixtures.
